Now that vlahovic is gone. What potential names are they looking at? I see rumours surrounding isak but surely same issue as vlahovic, can’t stump up the funds. Then there’s talk surrounding jovic who has been a complete failure at Madrid. I really don’t want them going to DCL. I really have no hope they’re going to strengthen the squad this January. Likely means another year without Europe as a result. What do Ed think?
{Ed002's Note - Realistic if the efforts had been made for Isak something may have been possible - I rather doubt it now and knowing of interest of others for the summer it seems unlikely he ould be interested. Cabral is no longer an option. Another blown opportunity. Jonathan David is a potential option for the summer but other clubs with a higher profile will push - not a January option. Belotti will likely head elsewhere. Moussa Dembele, Ivan Toneyand Darwin Nunez will no longer be January options. Luka Jovic could be a short-term loan option to get the club through to the summer.}

Remember, Isak is Luka Jovic now before his big money move. It just hasn't worked for him that's all. It doesn't mean he wouldn't be success for us. I'd much rather us sign him then risk 70m on Isak or something similar on DCL.

Hi Ed002. A shame about Cabral, I agree a blown opportunity. Ironically it looks like he's going to Fiorentina to replace the striker we couldn't even get in the first place. I'd like to ask about another name from your potential targets list - Paul Onuachu. You mentioned Arsenal had interest last summer but it wasn't clear if it remains. Anything new with him? Thanks again for all your insight, it's greatly appreciated.
