Wengerism can you not enjoy the win like everyone else without jumping on here and acting smug like you have proved something.Winning a couple of games does not make you right, we all know we can match anyone on our day it's the depth that people are on about. Even Wenger admits this is a problem let's hope he sorts it tomorrow.
You also seem a bit paranoid show me a fan on here that seriously wants Arsenal to lose just to stick it to Wenger. You won't be able to.We all want the best for the club it's just different people have varying opinions on how to achieve this.
If you stopped insulting those who don't share your unwavering faith Wenger and stopped suggesting they are not real fans you would probably avoid a lot of abuse that comes your way.
Lastly all these comments about having an orgasm every time someone compliments Wenger are a little worrying, you may be just a little to obsessed.

So RM were robbed and spent 85m on bale and then let us have a better player for half the price. The spurs spent 110m and still we overshadow them. Man U f***ed up almost everything and paid 4m than they had to for what they clearly consider a last resort otherwise they would of got him while he had a release clause.
Ok we didn't get a couple of others and a certain person is still at the club but this is still our best window in a long time. We have sent a clear sign we are ambitious and willing to pay for top players. Wenger is still a great pull for WC players to come to the club let's all be happy he has shown he is willing to go get them.

Could the Ozil deal be wrapped up and Arsenal are delaying announcement to cover work on another huge signing. My head says no but if you would of told me two days ago I would be sat waiting for confirmation of Ozil I would not of believed it. Anything is possible with Arsenal loving this deadline day

Wow it has certainly been heated on here recently. For my part I recently sent in a reply that had in it a personal insult towards Wengerism which in hindsight I am glad the eds did not post as that's not the way I usually go about things. I just want him to sensibly state his case for Wenger without resorting to insulting people that don't agree or blindly stating he is perfect and I will try to do so.
I have always wanted Wenger to turn things and eventually go out on a high for all he has done for the club. He is still a great coach and does wonders with what he has but he should have a stronger squad to work with. Unfortunately he shows incompetence and a complete lack of understanding in the transfer market and this is where he needs help. Wenger can still spot a WC player and should still input his targets but that's where his part should end. At this point a Dein type should take over and get the player in they should decide what we are going to pay based on the market not our outdated valuations. If Wenger had the chance to work with the players that have got away over the last couple of years I have no doubt the trophy drought would have ended.
Dein and Wenger were the dream ticket and I can only dream of what them 2 would of achieved if we still had Dein complimenting Wenger's coaching ability.
Anyway main point of business today send the spurs away with their tail between their legs. I know every Arsenal fan will be up for it and supporting the team today.

Wengerism I think you may be the one that is deluded. To show loyalty to Wenger is commendable but to blindly worship him beyond reproach is ridiculous.
There is no way of avoiding that this transfer window has been a shambles and the last 8 years have not been good enough.
A lot of these fans you speak of spend a lot of money following their club and have a right to be displeased that we have not been seriously competing for a long time and do not seem to be doing anything to rectify this.
If you want people to stop calling you a troll you should probably start respecting that other people are entitled to have a different opinion to you. You should also stop with the ridiculous I will be waiting for an apology posts. I'm sure every fan on this page will be ecstatic if Wenger pulls off some good signings and wins something but no apologies required. At the very least we should be seriously competing for honours and this is something that has not happened for a long time.
1.) Well said Jan B! Wengerism is I believe Wenger he must be. I've never read posts like his that bang on about how good Wenger is in all my life. I'm going to look up on Google to see if there is another Arsene Wenger as I'm convinced he must be talking about some other one that us Arsenal fans have never heard of.

I must of dreamt Arsenal having the 2nd best defence in the league last season. I think you are definitely dreaming if you are talking about Liverpool being at the summit at the end of the season.
Yes of course you would of been disappointed if you got Ozil. Nowhere near as good as anyone in your midfield.I don't think Arsenal will be taking any lectures on how not to waste money on players off Liverpool any time soon. At least when we do go big we bring in WC proven quality.
We have heard the whole you will finish above us and we won't get cl from you and the spurs before never seems to come off though.
We get it you have won cl 5 times perhaps one day they may even do it your lifetime, but for now just try and concentrate on making Europa first.

Nobody needs apologise for having an opinion. The window has been a bit of a shambles but it looks like Wenger has pulled something out of the bag at the last minute. I think we should all be pleased and get on with supporting the team. Everyone is a winner you get to say Wenger still has it. The fans who called for a big name signing will have got it and we all get to hear more about your compulsive obsession with Wenger.
Although that would not of been my choice of players at the start of the window (although you could just pass over the chance to sign someone like Ozil) I'm willing to trust the boss if he brings them players in.
What that will actually mean is we have strong competition in midfield, cover for inevitable injuries and suspensions and we can rotate and keep people fresh when needed. Top players will welcome competition and want to earn their place. As much as I think Diaby is a great player his constant injuries mean the days if not buying midfielders as we have Diaby are long gone.
Really was he not part of Wengers masterplan all along? Is it not Wenger proving he is such a genius and the fans have been foolish?
He may be an ok signing now to add some depth and cover but in reality only because the people paid to manage things within the club have neglected to do their job this summer.
