Any truth in the cavani rumours? No doubting he'd be a great player but he's not what we need, would much rather a CDM.

Let's get both done, considering what Wenger has done with Ozil and where he plays him, why not sign Cavani for 50 mil and play him at CDM -should be better than Flamini ;-))

Are the rumours in the Sun true eds? Has wenger ruled out a move for Fabregas or is that just the regular lies in newspapers? Also what's the situation with Remy? Have we agreed personal terms? Thanks eds!

{Ed002's Note - I don't read the newspapers so I can't help about what the Sun has said. Arsenal would need to agree the transfer with QPR before talking with the player and have previously made it clear that they have not spoken to the player. They may have agreed something with his agent.}

Saying that ed. can a club agree something with the agent before agreeing a fee with the club? Or is that classed as tapping up? Or does it depend on the players situation

Ed's, what do you think the chances of signing Griezmann are? Will the deal have anything to do with letting sociodad keep Vela? Also, have arsenal sent a 35m bid for fabregas? Thanks.

{Ed002's Note - (a) Whilst Griezmann has said on several occasions that he has no plans to leave Spain anytime soon, the financial problems being faced by Real Sociedad may still see him leave the club in the summer. He has had a good season which have led to enquiries being made by Juventus, Arsenal and Chelsea; and Manchester United and PSG having the player watched on more than one occasion.
