Rebuilding a team is not an overnight job. It takes time. How long was it before fergie won the league if I remember rightly they changed the entire league setup and then he became unbeatable until wenger arrived. I have always been a Wenger fan and never wanted him to leave the way he left. For me the board have to go we need a board that are a fan of the club and not just trying to line their own pockets. Arteta is creating something very special stick with him and replace the board.
