What a gesture it would be after not spending the amounts banded around that we have in our accounts, That Arsenal reduce ticket prices for the year.
Fans want signings and if Arsenal don't spend the fans money on transfers then we want cheaper tickets.
Wouldn't that go a long way to appeasing the disgruntled fans.
Firm believer Giroud won't win us the league. But i prefer to keep him than take a another forward on loan like Kokorin just to keep people happy that we signed someone.

Good idea. They could easily knock £5 per ticket per game.

Good point Pastyrash mate

sorry for me, Giroud is not good enough for us to win the premier league.

I don't remember him scoring against big 4, or a performance worthy of it.

Before season started I wished for top 4, now I still say best target is top 4. Ozil missing in big games.I still say Ramsay not there yet.

But Kosielny and Rosciky stars of the season, BFG too. punching above our weight i'm afraid.

Need a winger or astiker who can make the difference.

i would say Maybe Ben Arfa or Pato. Ballotelli would be immense.

1.) Face
Palm

2.) Ben Afra isn't an improvement on what we have now. This is the biggest issue sometimes is that when we are having a bad trot everyone starts wanting change. Then Ben Afra comes in for example and has a bad few games or is injured then you'll be screaming that it was the worst signing. They've had a taxing schedule of late and I do agree that players do need to come in but we are joint first so we are right in the title race.

3.) Come on man. Ballotelli has 9 goals in 20 this season, marginally better than Giroud's 10 in 23. And Pato has 17 in 57, in Brazil!

The Giroud-bashing is ridiculous - he's missed some good chances but has been overplayed and is visibly tired. He is still statistically one of the best strikers in Europe, works hard every game and contributes a lot. The problem is that we need more depth and competition in the CF position. Hoping we'll see a bit of Poldi next few games and a striker signed in Jan, but never underestimate Giroud's contribution.

4.) Costa is what we need.

5.) Ballotelli is a big game player. Ben Arfa Is a winger (which we do not have). That gives us more options then playing CM on the wings.
Pato has some real talent. and having the choice of playing Giroud all game when he wasn't effective, bringing on Bendtner, or signing Pato for 1/4 of the cost of Costa. and who can play Champions league.it's a no brainer.
1404 great input as usual, but it's ugly tree you hit not the palm

That awkward moment you claim to be best squad in premier league, spend over 50 million on players, and then go and lose to a team who are laughed at for a embarrassing attempt at trying to sign players.

Friendly or not, can't imagen that went down too well.

For any of the Eds.

Do you ever get frustrated with being asked same questions when there is a search button on site?

Also do you think Fabregas will be joining United?

Thanks {Ed027's Note - yes I do, for instance your question. no

Pastyrash

1.) O M F G!

Two in one night! That might just be funnier than the Suarez message on a t-shirt to Real!

Lol

2.) I cannot genuinely believe you didn't get that. You need me to break it down for you? I can use pictures if this helps. {Ed007's Note - Some of the Editors aren't as sharp as us oldies, they are too busy worrying about spots and never having a girlfriend.}

3.) My thoughts exactly Ed!

4.) I hope it was a joke though!

5.) Haha touché Ed

6.) Lol thank you Ed007 haha. New favourite Ed {Ed027's Note - those pictures would help

What a world we would live in when managers say what is actually going to happen.

Managers will always say a player is staying to increase his value. come on use some common sense.

I remember Wenger saying top clubs don't sell their top players. about a week before we sold 3 of our best.

It is just negotiating skills to get most money. something we are good at doing when receiving money, and not very good at doing when signing somebody

Half the fans problems is that they listen to the media, Who constantly make up these stories to get a reaction, something Arsenal fans are more than happy to do.

Well said D16. It's laughable the amount of things Arsenal fans moan about. and very boring.

I am not a huge fan of him, Obviously someone rates him. figures mentioned are mind blowing considering he hasn't done a lot in my opinion.

I hope so. Would be best for all parties. Maybe a new team will make him improve as he has stagnated for years with us. Can only see it being West Ham. Although the home grown rule means i wouldn't rule out chelsea.

Totally agree Raver. Has as much class as Jeremy Kyles guests. If he learnt to shut his mouth he would be immense But he knows what he's doing. it's mind games.

Ha premier league is different kettle of fish. Look at Shevchenko, Di Maria, Veron. Big names don't make you winners. Leicester showed us that. Players with determination and passion worry me more than players with high values.

Yes as 1 player is enough to ruin any Arsenal team. Forgot Arsenal fans are scared to face quality players. Players like Zidane were worth the entrance fee alone to watch play. Smile once in a while and enjoy the quality players you get to see. It's game to enjoy. We beat real Madrid with Zidane, Ronaldo, Carlos, Beckham, Robbino but you're probably right Pogba would mean we automatically lose.
