Arsenal fans are over reacting . They are a match for the Manchester clubs and. will most likely destroy them when they have the majority fit. It's the beginning of the season. Arsenal need a striker yes but whos available that's top class? The best strikers in the world are at Madrid and Barcelona. We have a top class striker in sturridge but he's always injured.
United got zlatlan but no other club was ever going to pay his wages. Uniteds transfer business can't be compared to any other club in the league. Noones paying that for pogba. City will struggle again if aquero gets injured which is likely given his record.
Liverpool need two fullbacks, more urgently a left back and the club messed about and lost out on Chilwell. As fans we can criticise but I can't think of many top class left backs in the game and more importantly available. It's not soo easy saying a club needs this etc.
Arsenal will most likely be towards the top of the league by Christmas.

Blimey Al, you do trawl the sites don't you. I kind of agree and have posted on here that Arsenal are a couple of top players away from being a really top side.
I see many similarities now though with the end of SAF's reign at United. A Manager who is probably no longer keeping up with developments, a Manager who treats the clubs funds a little too carefully, "no value in the market". I have no idea what pressures Wenger is under from the Board but it does seem odd when everyone is splashy the cash that he seems reluctant. Fees have got completely ridiculous. Floret Pogba, look at some of the players going for £20m and £30m, it's ludicrous.
A top CF and a top CB would see Arsenal challenging for the title.

You are both correct but it's one thing saying we need a CB and a striker and another thing actually getting one.
There has been a total meltdown on this site, for the reason's stated above, let's hope Wenger and the board get their finger (s) out.

A wager with you both Manc clubs finish above us, Man U are a force for sure this year, and City certainly have a spring in their step
Arsenal will be towards the top at Xmas along with Chelsea, M City, Man U, Liverpool, Tottenham etc.

Interesting that many has dismissed Liverpol for the top 4. We will easily make top 3. The term worldclass is overused and abused. Suarez is gone yes, but he, messi and ronaldo are worldclass truly special. There is not one worldclass' player in the PL thãt is worldclass, not in any.of the top teams so what have we lost that others.dont have? His goals already have been replaced and with.the addition of lovren a top class CB, we will be devastating again in attack next season and stronger at the back.
I prefer were.written off :)

We can't have great football sites like this if we didn't have bias and invalid responses . The table will not lie at the end of the season. Quailty and bottle( arsenal fans might need to look that up. i'm sure you have the page number there handy ed025) come through. If liverpool finish 2nd or 6th, that's how it is.
{Ed025's Note - your right al the final table does not lie, and as you say its all about opinions mate, for me liverpool over achieved last season, and have now lost the guy who made all the difference, spurs done similar last season by buying a lot of mediocrity with the dosh they got from selling their crown jewel, i see a lot of similarities there fella..

6.) Ed025, I will admit I am not happy with the Lambert signing but I will support him. We have bought top attacking players aside and with if the defense gets sorted we will do well again. What made us strong last season wasnt suarez mate but out style of play. Anyways i'm out of here before i'm jumped by 20 spooners I mean gooners ;)

He is in the top 3 players in the world.
That does not mean that there are no other world class players, and, it does not mean that RVP, who is world class, is as good as the best 3 players in the world.

Aguero, and rvp (as much as it pains me to say it) are far better than he ever was as is Ramsey. He was a good player in his day, but what's he's a failure, yeah he's won a champs league, but he's been a failure in the league and a failure at international level. World class players don't fail.

If fans use worldclass for every top player then it takes the p#ss out of messi and ronaldo.

You obviously don't see his quailty ed7 but I don't rate Ibrahimovic so highly as yourself so opinions divide. He was the players player of the year. I didn't see any striker better than him last year in any league, his whole round game. You mentioned lahm too, I would have him every day of the week. Brilliant rb

Dagenham I personally didn't want ox with us. I don't rate him nor think it's a wise career move for him because he will be a utility player for us. Play where and when needed by klopp.
He's never taking can (who is growing into a magnificent midfielder) or Hendersons positions. Nor wijnaldim when we play 3. Plus we've keita coming next season. So his central midfield dream is never happening with us. Maybe in carling cup / players injured he may get the chance.
But overall it's a strange one. For us, Massively overpriced for a squad player . he'll be a decent backup in various positions.

They didnt.score enough goals and conceded to many and havnt improved ay, enough for me yet. For me fifth

To be fair.Liverpool will be set up a different way this season. there's more emphasis on attackers across our forward line just behind sturridge thus a.lesser need for more strikers as we will only play with onr. Our real depth is around sturridge, but remy is a quailty CF and sterling like Walcott can play forward if required but will be a star behind the striker and is just as good in any posi'tion across the forward line.
United if rvp gets injured are poor. Welbeck and rooney? Average IMO
Arsenal are decent. Sanchez is sensnational at times. Giroud is a good striker. Walcott, for me still hasn't done it for me but arsenal like Liverpool jenny have more quailty behind the striker. Germany won their WC with Muller whos part striker.
Chelsea, I will be watching costa. I am not convinced he will do it. Good striker, not the best footballer, will not create something out of nothing. Not convinced by chelseas signings.
Man city are strong
Europe, well for me real slightly edge it but if messi and Suarez hit top form they would be remarkable.
Arsenal to win it if they keep their bottle and.keep ramsay fit.
Liverpool will finish top 4 and.challenge if sturridge is fit for most.of the season. City 3rd.if they make no more signings
4th is between United and Chelsea.
