Now that's one rumour that has some real "legs" to it

Viviano to arsenal on loan. Does anyone suspect that he was merely brought in to keep shezza's guard up. Also, Juan Mata is set to leave, possibly arsenal bound. Please if there is a god, make this happen. Not clear on any striker news. That's all major-ish developments for now.

3.) Other germans could be Ozil, Reus, Bender, Hummels, Kheidra plus many more, tbh though the "german international rumour" sounds like bs but I guess you never know!

Suddenly, a Karim Benzema transfer is conceivable. Arsenal are confident 40m will convince Real Madrid to sell. Madrid will then use that money to sign Samuel Eto'o or Luis Suarez
The cases for both are
Eto'o- has technically played for both Real Madrid and Barcelona before, so he couldn't care less about that rivalry. He'll just go where the money's flowing
Suarez- Well what can I say. If Suarez doesn't get his dream move, somebody in the Liverpool higher-ups will get their arm bitten off.
1.) Rodgers thinks its too late for Suarez to move too Real!
2.) We all want it to magically happen.
Bale goes to Real Madrid, and then suddenly they also go for Suarez (who liverpool now want to suddenly sell) and out of all of this WE get Benzema.
Not Chelsea, Not Man City, Not even Man UTD. But Arsenal will get the player.
We all know this isn;t going to happen, why delude ourselves.
3.) Man city don't need a striker, and Manchester United have to sell rooney to buy another, and the striker they buy won't cost them 40 million to be backup to Van persie.
Mourinho is not going to buy Benzema, he has insulted madrid enough, by calling them a non football club, but a political institution.
not sure he wants either of benzema or higuain, as he kept playing them as part time strikers.
anyway time will tell, but I think if we are going to say to Di maria and benzema, we will make them starters, offer them a reasonable salary and a good transfer fee. 60 million for the two should do the trick.
benzema currently ears 130k per week and Di maria earns something like 60k a week. So it would be beneficial if we can offer more for both and get them.
4.) So how do we conclude that Benzema ends up at Arsenal when we have made no contact with Real Madrid about the player. If you don't ask you won't get.

Not sure how accurate football-espana website is, but here goes
Arsenal are lining up a €45m bid for benzema if suarez to arsenal doesn't happen. Personally, I call bs on it, but a rumour nontheless
1.) Well. It would make sense if RM sold to Arsenal knowing they get Suarez. But I highly doubt RM would let the depth drop below 2 starter type strikers.
2.) I've also seen this on various web sites personally I don't believe it BS

Arsenal have got cold feet on renewing AW's contract. Wenger will retire at season's end. There are numerous candidates the board are looking at. But the one that seems to interest the board most is appointing MALAGA GOONER to be new arsenal manager for next season. Who woulda guessed haha

Ed's, have you got an update on Ashley Williams to Arsenal?. Also, any update on what's going on with regards to the gk targets?
{Ed022's Note - I would be very surprised if Williams signs for Arsenal at the moment as Wenger does not see him being worth £10m. Also I feel his eyes are on strengthening midfield and upfront. As for a goalkeeper, all going quiet on that one for now...}

If the lack of funds excuse was given, he's trying the old, tiresome haggling trick. The amount arsenal really have is enough to buy cr7. Which will never happen btw
