Eds. What's up with these Cavani stories that have popped up today on several newspapers? Are we really in for Cavani? Would be a good buy but he is well overpriced!
Any thoughts would be appreciated eds ;-)
{Ed002's Note - This is pre-WC stuff about enquiries. Many folks know that he has an issue with where he is being played in Paris, and he has a box full of agents and representatives who will talk to pretty much anyone. Then you have just plain folks who will go to someone connected to an agent of a player and say they can "broker a deal with" Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal, etc.. Eventually they will approach a club, or even a manager directly, and say "look I have this player, we can do a deal".
Strangely, Cavani might well be available.}

Was watching the Italy game down the pub with some friends and this guy who apparently has ties with arsenal said we are getting. mandzukic. aurier. that mexico goalie. javi martinez. vela and gomis. leaving are cazorla. podolski and arteta. don't shoot the messenger!!
1.) Seems legit.
2.) I thought Malaga was banned from most pubs.
3.) Now that's a rumour. probably not true but that is definitely the way to do it!

That Mexican goalie do look good in match against Brazil, but then so did El-Hadji Diouf and a few Senegal teammate in WC02.

Hi eds. Do you know if arsenal would be interested in Jonas? From what I've read he is a free agent and he is a proven scorer in a top league. At 30 could still be a big contributer. Thanks.

{Ed027's Note - he's a huge improvement on Sanogo. He comes with a point to prove, and I remember him having a good scoring record when he was played in strike. The Mancs and all their legends aren't happy with the sale so that should make is happy!

Hi ed. Do you think arsenal would be interested in jonatan soriano? Plays for red bull saltzberg in Austria. I know the defences are weak in Austria but this guy is really good. I reckon he would be decent in the premier league. And only worth abt 5mil. scored 30+ last season. your thoughts would be appreciated

Mundo deportivo is claiming that the khedira deal is done. Has been a good source in previous years. Also showing that no Khedira shirts are on sale in the real club shop

Has anyone seen Johnatan Soriano? He plays for red bull saltzberg and used to play for Barcelona b. he is 28 and has scored over 69 goals in 79 games for saltzberg. he has loads of assists too. watched loads of highlights and he seems to have really good skill and is quite pacy. Ed do you think this is a player that wenger would consider? I rate him

2.) Kevin Campbell's in my uncapped England xi. Was always a good spare. not sure he's all that these days though.
