1.) I am absolutely 100% convinced they won't beat us Stephen, the only slight question is will we beat ourselves before we go on the pitch! After winning at city I think we'll be ok this time as Arsene has seen time and again what doesn't work and now what does so all is looking good for us.
As Ed says its ours to lose because ability wise we're counties rather than streets ahead of them

3.) If we reproduce the man city game, definitely. But we need to step up on what we are doing at the mo. We couldn't beat the worst man u team for twenty years last year in our own back yard. Some of our players have to grow some balls.

De Gea and Rooney for sure.

Rooney wouldn't make our bench in my arsenal pick right now, would rather have giroud up top and rather cazorla, coq, Rambo, wilshere, özil, sanchez any of our midfielders over rooney

6.) Ed 25 you answered my statement perfectly, we didn't score and we didn't beat a very very poor man u. If we want to stay fourth, then yes carry on as we are, if we want to get back in the big league we need men not boys.

Rooneys been really poor but being played out of position where he doesn't know what to do can't be good for his confidence and making him look poor( reminds me of ozil on the wing, maybe van gaal and wenger are sharing the same water) drop rvp/falcao play rooney up top and herrera in midfield still i hape van gaal stays stubborn or do you think someones pressuring him to play all 3 strikers? :)

I really struggle with the Rooney is quality comments, yes there was a Rooney, maybe 2008/2009 who would have got in any team but for me he has regressed.
I watch him thinking where has all this hype come from, the running around huffing and puffing, the silly little run up to free kicks a penalties, which are about the only thing he still has in his locker, his general poor play all of which was summed up by ed01 when he said this about him:
Anyone who thinks he is a great player is biased. He is a good player, but he is a headless chicken, never in the right area to make the best use of his skill set. He causes problems off the pitch, he is too stupid to coach effectively, hence why he has never improved from the young lad who burst onto the scene. Sorry but he would not be rated as anything special if he wasn't English. Oh and don't get me started on his first touch, which more often than not is woeful for a player with his quality of technique, which shows a lazy mind not concentrating properly. Plus his constant desire to whack long balls when that is not the best option and usually ends up turning over possession is frustrating. Rooney could have been great, and the only person to blame for him not being great is him.
9.) For a few year's now Chris watching us lose to or be held by you is like watching Mohammad Ali get beat by Julian Clary, I can only assume rohynol has been heavily involved somewhere along the line.
So we have got ourselves a sniffer dog called Le Coq, following the game if you'd like your memory to be completely wiped out there should be a glut of the stuff available in the Manchester area mate ;-)
10.) Going on that glowing endorsement by Ed001 he should have listened to his mother and got a proper job 🎓

I think if you watched Rooney week in week out you'd see how much he does for United, he is quality, gives 100% will play anywhere and do what's asked of him, I'd have in a heartbeat.
12.) Manu for me have rvp rooney falcao all fighting for one place. Neither are overly fast. If it was me id play one uptop and two wingers.
I feel either of them three upfront for us would have so many chances and would score a fair amount
On Rooney he is a old 28. Body shape lifestyle have taken its toll. I was always a bigger tevez fan than Rooney. Similar player. The rvp signing killed Rooney.
