Giroud moves to chelsea on loan which frees up Batshuayi to complete a move to dortmund and Aubameyang finally arrives. This deal will probabaly happen on deadline day.

I heard from someone close to the club that yes Ozil has offers, but none of them are as high as what Arsenal have offered him and money talks with Mesut.

Giroud is still reluctant to leave permanently or loan and that will prove key in this deal. The Aubameyang transfer is on the verge of collapsing and arsenal will move on to other targets.

Giroud will miss the world cup then. We will get auba we are close to agreeing, not miles apart.

2.) 25 Jan 2018 06:42:37
A straight cash transfer will be too expensive to pull. This transfer depends on Giroud leaving for Dortmund.

3.) 25 Jan 2018 09:15:19
It’s more of a case of Dortmund needing a replacement.

4.) 25 Jan 2018 13:07:45
Josephs22 - We do not need to ballast the Aubamayang deal in order to afford it. Arsenal are in a transfer surplus currently, and that applies over the last two windows. Unless you imagine that we only have 30m worth of leverage, which would be absurd, I can't quite work out the logic of your claim.

5.) 25 Jan 2018 13:19:20
It’s just how negotiations go. Arsenal believe they have the player and Dortmund want a timely resolution. It’s not as if the fee will be paid in one lump. Also people need to stop adding up money in on the recent sales. Just forget about the money and be patient I doubt Dortmund want to keep a player who wants out.

Aubameyang transfer will be completed on or before Wednesday. Giroud's reluctance to move midway through the season will prove decisive. He might be offered to Dortmund on loan though.

Thats exactly what might happen and i hope we loan lucas moura from psg.

2.) 22 Jan 2018 18:47:50
I really don't think he will offer much.

Wilshere taking a dig at Wenger Ozil having a meltdown on social media and let's not talk about Sanchez but seriously what actually is going on?

josephs22

1.) 02 Sep 2017 23:32:11
In a word, meltdown.

2.) 03 Sep 2017 09:05:37
If only we see the same attitude on the pitch as on social media.
Arsenal players love putting up a selfie but not so keen on putting in a shift.

Alot of whispers going around that most of the reserved cash has been frozen. Don't know how true this is but The manager needs to say something or the £8M a year contract is one hell of a way to shut somebody up.

Wenger's just saving up for the next manager.

I think our next coach will be Tuchel. Nobody should bring up his working relationship with sven mislintat. I think the team is suited to him more.

Arsene Wenger, a very good attacking coach I respect but you guys need to know that the manager that got the best out of mkhitaryan and aubameyang was the one and only Thomas Tuchel. The signings being made are in preparations for Tuchel taking over in the summer. That is the Arsenal signing that will really shape the club and make sure we don't have to endure what other clubs go through when rebuilding.

josephs22

1.) 22 Jan 2018 18:38:33
He won’t because he doesn't get on with the backroom staff that we got from bvd so he isn’t our next manager.

2.) 22 Jan 2018 18:58:33
Absolute twaddle. Jokey or serious posts only please. 🙂.

Sanchez is a professional he'll get on with it, but I don't think he'll sign a new contract either. will he go to man city when his contract finally runs out?

josephs22

alot more to it I feel in house fighting etc. can't see this ending well. will he sign a new deal absolutely no chance.

If anybody says the manager is not the main problem has clearly lost it. This are actually very good players. Playing them in a formation that doesn't suit them, playing some of them out of position and then benching key players in a "top of the league" clash (not so sure about that anymore) should only be blamed on the manager and him alone. The players can only do so much and follow the outline tactical instrunctions.

1.) 28 Aug 2017 15:17:19
What about before we played 3 at the back? We changed to 3 4 3 for a reason and that reason desperation. Because we had very fortunate draws in the fa cup we suddenly found ourselves in the SF and the players only then became interested in playing again, before that we were every bit as poor as now, the players played for themselves at the end of last season not for Arsene, prior to that were quite happy for the world to know they weren't happy at how things were at Arsenal.

2.) 28 Aug 2017 16:16:30
Gunner it is obvious it has nothing at all to do with formation, why do people look for the problem when the fault is elsewhere.

3.) 28 Aug 2017 17:06:00
Steve you and me both know what needs to happen first and foremost before we are ever going to be all we can be again, it's how we get there that's the problem.
It's a lot worse mess now that it was last season for lots of reasons.

4.) 28 Aug 2017 18:30:24
Agree mate, I just wonder what people are looking at when it is staring them in the face and slapping them a few times.

27 Aug 2017 17:17:06
But seriously Wenger needs to go. The team is disjointed and lacks a leader they aren't motivated anyomre that's why none of them wants to sign a new contract. If the board don't sack Wenger after this game then i'm sorry it's downhill from here on.

josephs22

1.) 27 Aug 2017 17:38:57
It's nice to see all the things they did in the summer to make sure we challenge again and move forward are working.

2.) 27 Aug 2017 17:41:31
What would be the point in sacking Arsene now? Not that it's going happen anyway but if it did it's to late for anyone else to change this season now.
Keep calm and think Europa league, it's the only way.
Defeat at Stoke embarrassed at Liverpool, it's hardly new is it.
The team will rally and we will finish 5th or extremely close to it.

3.) 27 Aug 2017 17:57:32
Gunner don't put any money on anything you have just said. You won't get rich. Lol.

4.) 27 Aug 2017 18:13:58
Top 7 for sure Steve and most likely 5th rather than 7th.
Absolutely nothing new or different about this season so far that gives me reason to think differently mate.
Beat liecester at home lose to Stoke away and get thrashed by Liverpool at Anfield, absolutely no reason to think we will have any better or worse season than usual mate.
All pretty standard and very predictable stuff so far I'd say.

I think the Aubameyang deal has been stalling because of Benzema.

I don't think we'll be looking to sign an AI mate. we have enough of them already read Walcott.
