Me too i would love to see Arsene win the champions ally league but equally i would hate to see him go there and get treated badly and sacked by new year.
The players wanted Ancelotti to stay the fans wanted Ancelotti to stay the club admitted Ancelotti had done a good job but they just fancied a change so sacked him.
Real are not great with managers.

I would have loved Wenger to win it against Barcelona many years ago with us! For what he’s done for us, I would also love it if he won it somewhere else but not at our cost. I couldn’t handle the irony if he beat us in a final 😂.

Next season is ideal for him to win it then SY:-)
If he should get the job I worry for him simply because whoever gets the job is on a hiding to nothing.
Real came close a few times last season to going out of the competition and if next season they were knocked out in the last 16 or qf the manager will get a lot of stick Europe wide, I don't want that to be Arsene.

I am being real, forgive the pun. Real only want top managers capable of winning leagues and winning the champs league, wenger is way past that capability. Why do people think he is up to it now, when he wasnt in his prime. Real will not be knocking on his door.

Steve anyone and everyone could fail at Real next season the bar is so high, for Arsene there would be zero acceptance of not winning the champions league from anyone anywhere to Real.
His detractors would delight in saying " he couldn't even win it with Real " but in truth are Real going to dominate the champions league forever? No of course not so someone somewhere has to be the fall guy and I personally hope it's not Arsene.
We are not in next year's champions league so should Arsene join a champions league team this summer I will be cheering him on wether it's psg Bayern Real or Celtic, the next best thing for me is if not us then Arsene for sure, it wasn't possible together but ideally I'd like to see both us and Arsene reach fantastic hights apart that we just couldn't reach together any longer, why not the man's done nothing wrong apart from not being capable at Arsenal any longer and that's no crime, it's just unfortunately true.

I'm sure that got everything in place to move as and when they can, the good news is its the same for everyone else too, plus we probably won't be fishing in the £100 million player market but more likely the 10s to 50 million player market so we won't be fighting with Utd City Real PSG for players.
While their all busy at that end we can be picking up the bargains that are available each and every summer if you know where to look.

A few years ago I would of agreed with you but you very rarely get bargains in the transfer market nowadays! Some exceptions granted but Villa want £40m for Grealish 😂 he would of been worth £5mil a few years ago max!

Poch would be a fool to go to Madrid, if he wins the title but not the champions league he's sacked, if he wins the champions league but not the title he's almost certainly sacked, if he wins both the champions league and the title but the fans don't think h dresses right for the club he's sacked, if Ronaldo don't enjoy his company he's sacked.
Zidane future has been in question all season despite becoming the first ever manager to retain the champions league last season and this season it's 3/ 3 but still he's gone.
Poch would be crazy to go there in my opinion.

Real and Chelsea both seem like employing and sacking winners both clubs seem to have a new manager every other season at least no matter how well they do.

Chance of a lifetime though really isn't it, highly likely to end in tears, high pressure, but strong chance of massive success and reward. But totally agree its a poisoned chalice. Zidane was on thin ice by all accounts if he had lost the psg game even after being the first to retain the champions league. They seem pretty fickle over there! I ventured on to the spurs page the other day, that Ellis chap seems pretty bitter about Liverpool Ed001! 😂 Anyone would think he was a Utd fan!
