1.) Wouldt lescott be a good alternative for the 4th cb spot?

2.) I would take Schwarzer and Lescott from that list, good cover and not taking up transfer funds. No brainer

3.) We could go for Pantilimon as a backup for Shezza.

4.) Think Lescott would want 1st team footie, if you were happy sitting on your ass you'd stay at city and take 4 times the money surely?

5.) Sorry about this but I'd take Lescott and Cole, OK crash Helmut on, let the severe stick beating commence

6.) At a push I would take cole. not sure about Lescott he does look awkward and clumsy- I always think he could get a red card any moment.

From that list Schwarzer, Pantilimon would be goo enough back up goalkeepers. Heitenga or Lescott ok 4th choice CB but would much rather we keep Vermaelen and buy a younger back up like Fabian Schaar or Dragovic.

Those players have bern released for a reason.

For 7 years we stood by him injurys after injurys after injurys and for the 1st time in his career he had a injury free season he was the player of the year and just when it looked like we could challenge for the title he thought he was better than us and left to our biggest rivals

14.) Hate the player? Hate them for leaving? Or hate that they left? There is a huge difference between those three questions, be specific.
Player I hate the most that has left us is Adebayor, stamped on RVP, ran across pitch to celebrate in front of Arsenal fans etc.
Player I hate the most because they left, RVP, I think he should have repaid us so I hate that he left. That said, I don't blame him, and I don't hate him. He was head and shoulders above anyone else in the team and deserved to win things, at 30 years old he didn't have many options left.
As for the player that I hate that they left, Cesc. Because I love him, he's fantastic, you can't blame him at all for leaving. I just wish the circumstances had been different because of all the players that have left he is the one I most want back.
