Apologies if I missed this but I did use the search engine. Is there any information on mandzukic now dybala and hiquain will surely be ahead of him. Is he looking to leave and is there any interest. Thanks either way eds :)

{Ed002's Note - There is interest in Mandzukic from various quarters including Watford who are certainly interested and West Ham who have made an enquiry but I suspect he will likely stay at Juventus with Zaza probably leaving instead. "Apparently" (an agent's "apparently") , Arsenal remain interested. Maybe not until they have exhauseted other options. The interest of Monaco has gone. }.

Interesting, I heard that Cazorla is part of the deal bringing Mustafi to Arsenal. This makes sense, as it has been reported that he wants to return to Spain, he is 32 in December and we have a surfeit of attacking midfielders. We have Ozil, Ramsey, Wilshere and Cazorla who are all best played in the sole attacking midfield role. Now we have Xhaka, Elneny and Coquelin for the defensive midfield roles, it will be hard to accomodate any these tracking midfield players in the first eleven.

Letting Santi go may be a bit silly. He's probably our best midfielder after Ozil, we struggle to conduct the play without him. I'm excited to see what our midfield would look like with Santi, Xhaka, and Ozil all together, at least for a full season.

would love to keep Santi always feels he adds to our game when he plays and I felt works well with Le Coq when played together, but like you say we are overloaded in midfield area so kind of makes sense with his age aswell.

It's not coincidence that our collapse last year happened straight after caz and coq were injured, yes coq was hard as he always is, but caz balanced everything.

My personal preference in a forward is lacazette, for me I think he can come and do what Henry did I think he can become a legend at arsenal and I hope the new rumours are true that we are going in with another bid.

Lacazette is overrated, but don't get me wrong. he'd make a good addition to the squad. Worth around 25 really.
