Hi Ed’s hearing rumours that Nzonzi has handed in a transfer request . Any current interest from Arsenal and a cheeky supplementary question is Banega a possibility- with the Sevilla connections . Thanks in advance COYG.
{Ed001's Note - N'Zonzi has handed in a transfer request just about every summer since he joined. I don't know about interest from Arsenal. I do know Dick Emery would love to bring in Banega, but I am not so sure that everyone else is so keen.}

Nzonzi would be ideal alongside Torreira in front of the back four. I am not sure the current 'noise' isn't being initiated by the player himself and I am a tad concerned that he has a poor attitude.

All this rubbish about N’zonzi is just that. Torreira (hopefully) joining after the World Cup, Xhaka, Maitland-Niles and El Nenny extending their contracts and Ramsey soon to follow there is exactly zero chance Arsenal pony up any significant amount of money to buy a 29-year old Defensive midfielder. The lot of you should stop believing the trash all these tabloids put out there!

Agreed raver. High hopes for Ainsley, very talented young lad.
That said, as Ed001 says, we may still see Banega arrive. Maybe dependent on another departure?

I think after torreira next on the agenda would be a winger. Although against better sides away from home playing two better DM'S is a good option to have.
