Hello Eds, hope you're all enjoying the Euros.
I'd like to ask whether Arsenal have shown any genuine interest in Fulham's Moussa Dembele. Additionally, as his contract is coming to an end, would any interested club have to pay a transfer fee to Fulham?

Would foreign clubs not have to pay as much? That would be harsh on a club that's developed a player.
{Ed001's Note - they pay a smaller fee, such as Rangers signing Rossiter from Liverpool for £250k this summer. It would have been a few mill to any team in England.}

Ed002, you provided a detailed description on who you thought our realistic targets were about a month past:
GK: You mentioned Cech was possible.
CB: Wenger was wary of Perrin and Romagnoli but considering van Dijk.
DM: Schneiderlin is viable.
CM: Lyon are making Fekir tough, Calhanoglu not interested in England and Vidal is a high risk.
FW: Jackson Martinez possible and Rodrigo an option.
As per usual, you were correct about Cech. Using the search function I can see the update on Scheniderlin and that Martinez is off to Atletico. Can you provide updates on van Dijk, Fekir, Vidal, and Rodrigo?
I will assume that we are no longer in for Perrin, Romagnoli, and Calhanoglu.
Finally, is there actually a chance of Koscielny to Real Madrid?
{Ed002's Note - (a) VvD's situation will not be known until after the CL qualification. A move to Arsenal is very unlikely. (b) Fekir remains of interest but has a new deal on that table from O'L. (c) Vidal will be moving and it will become clear where in a week or two - don't be surprised to see another player used in part exchange. (d) Rodrigo will complete his move to Valencia next week. (e) Interest in both Perrin and Romagnoli will remain - Calhanoglu is waiting to hear about the interest of Barcelona still. (f) Koscielny to Real Madrid is possible but they have also considered others.}

So vidal to Madrid with isco going the other way or vidal to Chelsea with Oscar going the other way. That's the only player swaps that make sense

Not sure Real would be selling Isco. He's become a a fan favourite about vital over the last year. Also not sure Chelsea are interested in Vidal.

Any truth in the Vucinic rumours to Arsenal?
I've heard we want a loan move but Juventus only want to sell on a permanent basis.

{Ed002's Note - I think that Juventus would want to hold on to Mirko Vucinic this season unless a significant cash only bid were made. They will not be looking to loan him out. As such, I cannot see him being a short-term solution for Arsenal.}

Hello Eds, very appreciative of all your work, so thank you! Just curious if there is any realistic interest from Arsenal in Diego Costa and vice-versa. Or are we more inclined towards Benzema? {Ed002's Note - I would not hold out any hope of Costa.}
