Hi eds and all
So you think arsene is interested in Carlos tevez? Is he available? Is he alive? Lol I rated him highly and would like to see his passion and work rate at arsenal think he used to be quality must admit he may be dead as I have not heard about him for a while.
Do you think we stand a chance of signing reus this summer? Before you say search button is have already but cannot find anything.
What of Torres interest maybe.
Either of those 3 would do. Especially reus pure quality.

Maidstone gunner

1.) You what pal?

2.) I wouldn't consider either Torres or Tevez. I would like to see see us sign Bony, who would be a good addition to the squad. However, I have a feeling having heard Wenger last night, that he would consider a loan at best, as he expects Sanogo to emerge and Giroud to be back playing in January, as well as other players that can play in Giroud's position, whilst he is out. I think we need a defender and a quality defensive midfield player to complete the squad.

3.) 28 Aug 2014 10:45:24
Tevez is playing for this little known team in Italy called "Juventus" - they're quite obscure so you probably haven't heard of them. He even managed to score a few goals for them last season to help them win their division. ;-)

Hi Ed does arsenal hold any interst in benzema or ballotelli still please

Maidstone gunner

{Ed002's Note - I don't see Benzema as an option and I would be surprised if AW saw Balotelli as an ideal solution, but we will see.}

Sanchez to arsenal betting suspended wow all we need now is a dm, remy and jobs done. Pl is ours

Maidstone gunner

{Ed025's Note - whooooah back there MG, PL is ours seems a bit premature to me fella..

1.) Thats what she said Ed

07 Jul 2014 22:32:15
Just heard that we are interested in jack rodwell, a friend of mine who is usually right about things. He's not bad but I'd hope for better

Maidstone gunner

{Ed025's Note - he is a sick note MG..and not arsenal quality mate..

1.) 07 Jul 2014 23:33:23
Might aswell get Micah Richards if we trying to fill our physio room

2.) No thank you

As ED has said not in our league.

Ask your friend the lottery numbers for the weekend would you :)

4fs Suarez to barca and Sanchez to liverpool I'm gutted if we was not so tight we could have both of them now are rivals are stronger. Possed right off that's it I'm going the pub

Maidstone gunner

1.) I can't see how Liverpool can be stronger without Suarez who ever they sign plus Sanchez has far from agreed to go there.
Let's wait for disarster to actually appear before we all decent to the pub in disillusionment, .

2.) Except there's NOTHING concrete about a transfer and from the rumours we are ahead of LFC PLUS Sanchez prefers arsenal to them.

3.) How does Liverpool losing Suarez, the best player in the lague last year, and getting Sanchez make them stronger?
Getting AS and keeping LS, then yes. But not from a swap deal!

Hi all I’ve been away for quite a while but have been keeping an eye on the site I’d like to say thanks to the Ed’s for doing a great job and giving us as much info as you can.

Just wanted to know if auba comes in which is looking likely. And now that the miki Sanchez deal is done do u think Wenger will look to find a replacement for oxlaide chamberlain. Or do you think we will just be looking at trying to get defensive players in ie evans or maybe a dm

As we’ve sold 3 attacking players and it looks like we’ve got 2 in.
Thanks Ed.

Maidstone gunner

{Ed002's Note - It is the Walcott/OC spot on the right that is missing a player MG. The Malcom/Moura role.}

1.) 29 Jan 2018 17:28:35
Yep, exactly what I said earlier.

Mahrez would fit the bill perfectly.

2.) 29 Jan 2018 17:40:56
Would be nice if a deal could be done for Malcolm.

3.) 29 Jan 2018 19:17:59
Forget Malcolm, where should micki play? It’s going to be Ozil, micki, Aruba and lac, no room for any mire.

4.) 29 Jan 2018 17:37:25
Thanks for a quick reply ed really appreciate your insight.
In your personal opinion which of the 2 would we most likely see in an arsenal shirt?

{Ed002's Note - I really cannot answer "most likely" questions. Malcom is expensive - very expensive and unproven. Moura is really high risk and close to a move to another side. How about a late Mahrez bid.}

5.) 29 Jan 2018 23:45:12
Do you know something ed mahrez ed lol.

A while ago someone asked us all who would we most like back in an arsenal shirt. Ex arsenal players. Most seid either Henry, viera, petit, bergkamp. Which I thought there was a case for either. But now I thought about it we need the organisation, leadership of a player like tony adams

Maidstone gunner

1.) 08 Oct 2014 13:13:21
Right now I think we are begging for Gilberto or Edu. Or Flamini 2007. -:).

27 Sep 2014 21:55:55
Honestly think ozil did not do anything wrong and think arsenal played quite well we were unlucky and spurs were lucky. Nobody played bad so heads up us gunners we are still unbeaten we will only get stronger and better

Last night I watched my sons u9s team vs the under 11s as part of training it reminded me of arsenal v Dortmund possession wise and ability to find cover

Maidstone gunner

1.) One thing you know though is that there wasnt an old past it player playing DM on the losing team lol

Our mid five of arteta, wilshere, ozil, Ramsey, cazorla all want to play through the middle almost every time one of them wanted to run he was smothered there is no space so basically 2 of there players could mark four of ours. I think wenger needs to change the complete system and upset one or two if need be. Personally I'd drop arteta, ozil, Ramsey and play ox, wilshere and cazorla on recent form then all players know that they need to work harder either to stay on the pitch or to get a start. Alarm bells has been ringing for a while tonight was no surprise. Still gutted though

Yep I would honestly prefer Abel Hernandez who signed for hull or maybe even borini only maybe though I think welbeck is not much better than son-no-goal. I realy wanted a striker but as they say be careful what u wish 4. I'm not sure but I think I would have preferred the penny pinching porkipines save there money

Wenger will want to keep serge gnabry who in my opinion will be every bit as good as Walcott if not better. Most importantly no cheese just Branston

Ed007 are you one of those scotishmen who cannot get over the fact that your so called good teams would not finish in the playoffs in our division 2

Maidstone gunner

{Ed007's Note - Are you one of those Englishmen that thinks English football is the be all and end all of football because of TV money but whose clubs consistently flop when it comes to playing big teams in Europe?
And don't pretend you know anything about League 2 football, Arsenal supporters like you are far too pompous, sanctmonious and arrogant to watch lower league football, you can't do much glory hunting in the lower leagues and the fans down in those leagues make far too much noise and show far too much passion for Arsenal fans, the noise would put you off your prawn sandwich.
Do you have a nice hearty round of applause, when Arsenal score, but not too loud in case you wake anyone up, give each other a pat on the back whilst waving your half Arsenal/Tottenham scarf and saying 'By jove old bean that was a fine kick by the number 10 player there, now time for tiffen before I leave 40 mins early to get home for X-Factor.'
How does it feel to be a customer rather than a supporter and who did you cheer on before it became fashionable to buy an Arsenal season ticket just because they cost so much? No doubt you'll be a Man City or Chelsea fan in the next few years, probably City, they're stadium is like a morgue as well so you should feel at home there. The Arsenal crowd make the House of Lords look like a Millwall Jolly Boys outing. Your club means nothing except a name on a football coupon to most people.
All people in Scotland remember of your wee team is you needed to cheat to get past Celtic in the 2009 CL qualifiers, everyone knows how rotten to the core your club is, no matter how much you like to feel sorry for yourselves, nobody else does because nobody else cares, you're nothing but a small London club to outsiders. Most big clubs have ambitions higher than finishing fourth in their league, it's called pride in your club, as a customer you probably don't understand that, enjoy even more years of mediocrity, unless you do switch to supporting a bigger club like Chelsea or City. If you don't get satisfaction from a shop you take your CUSTOM elsewhere, will you do the same with your team, gloryhunting is a fickle business.
If you watch Arsenal regularly because they're local fair enough but which big team do you support, I take a keen interest in Hamilton Accies, my local team, but Celtic are my passion, if Arsenal are your Accies who's your Celtic? Is it Chelsea? Man Utd? Everton?}
