Bendtner always scores for Denmark and is held in high regard by the fans.
Again it comes back to respect a 2 way street.
Did he try his best.
Did we give him a fair crack of whip.
He scores and plays well as he has faith placed in him he Will produce.
We need to do the same and it Will change everything.
What everyone must remember is we only 1 or 2 injury away from realting on bendtner.
He says he going to give his best and we should embrace it

1.) Whilst he is an arsenal player we should support him. we pay his wages so we may as well play him if needed. you never know, the ozil effect may even rub off on bendtner

2.) With Ba's proposed move having been blocked and Giroud for now being the only recognised striker. who knows it could be the year Bendtner finally lives up to the faith Wenger had in him.

3.) We need to support him, plus we don't need out top players playing in capital one cup.

He needs to play more and speak less, some things happens for a reason, u never know may be this might be his time to become the player Wenger always thought he might be

4.) Bendtner is never going to be clinical but playing with Cazorla, Ozil, Walcott etc. he would score goals. Assuming he was match fit and we were playing Utd say, I certainly wouldn't be too concerned if that was our front 4.

Bendtner is still an person but once or twice I've watched him when he's in the mood and he looked a real handful and was everywhere and creating chances (a la Ibrahimovic) and scoring. It was all too rare though but gives a little hope.

I was dissapointed to see bendtner statemant.
But understand & somewhat agree with what he is saying.
I think with us not signing a strikers, (although Giroud Will be 25-30 goals this season), .that their is a huge opertunity for bendtner to knuckle down and make himself reach his potential between now & January.
If all was to go well he would pixel confidence and Wunt to stay becoming a great arsenal player or atleast put himself out their in the transfer market.
I think he had a good spell al sunderland & would have learnt a lot at juventus.
Respect is a 2 way street and with the fans confidence in him show him new season new start and we could be frosted with a fantastic player.
Yes he has made bad choices and wenger wouldn't keep him if their wasn't something.
Us fans and his attitude could reform him.
I would ask that the 60,000 get behind him some how and give him the last chance.
At end of day he our player we pay his wages I honestly think a goal or 2 fans support and a player confidence Will unlock something special.

As for his statement, it was written by a PR pro and I don't think Bendtner means a word of it.
If 60,000 fans welcome him back with open arms, I would be amazed.

Cracking deal done for Ozil.
If we don't get any more Rome wasn't built in a day.
If we going to build round Ozil then we need a chance to see what or who we need, January only round corner.

To replace him by who.
Not much to choose to from.

1.) I agree, the devil you know is better than the devil you don't know. Now is not the time to sack Wenger, let's see if he pulls off any miracles in the last couple days and then if this is really the squad that he is happy with then we would have to revisit the situation.

He needs to be judged on this years performance first. But if a certain Dortmund Coach who speaks perfect English and is a good judge of a player, builds team spirt and won the German title two years on the trot.I think if we show no real improvement from the last 4-5 years and finish 4th/5th then I wouldn't offer him a new contract.I think a lot hinges on the signings in the next 3 days or jan transfer window. To offload a load of players and leave the squad short and not expect players to get injured is absurd. You get what you pay for! Km

To all fans on here knocking Celtic.
As a fan of both Celtic and arsenal I no both very well.
Celtic have the BEST home record in the ucl.
Beat ac.Milan and drawn at san siro
Beat Barcelona more times than they have beating Celtic.
Boasting the best results against Barcelona than ANY other club.
Ajax with ex get de boer with get a hostile reception.
I would also like to say that arsenals draw is not as kind as it looks.
I wish us both the best but think its a great draw for both
We have a tremendous atmosphere win or lose something the emirates faithfully was to make 10% of that noise and passion then maybe you also would boast a ucl replica cup in your cabinet.
We have also won the emirates cup.
So the European cup.& the emirates cup to celtics name where is yours.

1.) Who knocks Celtic on here?

You do very well in the champions league at home, it's an intimidating atmosphere for away teams and your players are always lifted by the 12th man, how I wish the Emirates was like that.

However, Celtic will always be an average team compared to those in the Premier league. If you did join the league surely even the biggest Celtic fan would have to admit that mid-table would be a big achievement.

2.) Im sure celtic will be alright. but in regards to playing barcelona. yes in the group stage when you can try and play for a draw. but in a two leg knockout game?

whole different ballgame.

no doubt your stadium is a fortress. the very fact players are wow'ed by the crowd, shows that its a special place.

perhaps if celtic had more money from the league and were able to assemble a better team to go with the mental crowd, it would be a great team again.

but I remember arsenal coming to celtic and beating them home and away.

besides you must know with all the booing that happens at the emirates. we play away every game. so its all practice.

Celtics draw only bad if have a realistic chance of winning it.
As we don't its the best 6 games you could dream off.
Celtic have beating ac.Milan.barcalona on more than one occasion having better head to head over bargain than arsenal.
And having won the big cup 1 more time than arsenal
