Hi all, Can anyone help with some info on certain players various clubs are allegedly after. My own team LFC are always chasing some bloke called Mark Keye but I've never seen him play. Yourselves seem keen on Baxter Basics but a search found nothing. At old trafford LVG goes on about Phil Osophy yet I've yet to see him kick a ball. City and Chealsea are apparently chasing Hugh G Signing but he wants massive wages. Any info would be appreciated.

Redal, I appreciate you were born at an early age and walk with your feet close to the ground but you've got a long way to go yet to live up to Dags.

Hi all, LFC fan here, reading down the page I can't believe some are calling Ramsey "a one season wonder" and"not good enough over a season". I thought he was your best player against Barcaand your biggest problem is Ozil. I can't ever recall him turning up for a big match. he's superb against the likes of Norwich, Villa and Sunderland but when the big teams come along and it really matters he's non existant.

I think people get frustrated in certain players not producing week in week out what we think they should. I think that maybe the fact we haven't a player or players that actually take the game by the scruff of the kneck and can dominate the opposition is the reason. For us we are crying out for a tony adams in defence a vierra in midfield or a thiery henry up front who turn up roll their sleeves up and say look just give me the ball I want to kill the opposition and players like ramsay and probably all of our players are followers not leaders. We don't have that player who actually dominates by example and other players follow. Most of our players turn up for games far too sporadically. Ramsay should be our frank lampard and turn up with goals on a regular basis and we are still waiting for that to happen. Next game someone else will get picked on for a similar reason.

Man city was the last time we really looked good as whole team IMO, in other game it's been in spite and spats but again IMO it's difficult to see how we've improved on other seasons.

We have a problem in fitting certain players into the team in the current line up. In reality, when fit, the following players are at their best in the central attacking midfield role; Ozil, Ramsey, Cazorla, Wilshere and Rosicky. The problem is that only one player can play in this position, which means that players such as Ramsey have had to play wide right or in a deep defensive position. What we have needed for some time is a couple of world class defensive midfield players and a top notch striker.

Ramsay looked overwhelmed and in need of leadership - agreed Steve. In a way that doesn't happen to Caz, I miss the little guy!
We need a leader and Kos and Cech look like capable lieutenants!

Is it not a case with ozil that most people know he is our outball? Stop him and generally you keep us quiet (I think Henry said something similar this week)
I think it's why top top teams have a few outballs and thus are harder to defend against?

I think we are work in progress. When a worldy is genuinely available, and is interested in playing for arsenal I dare say he'll be acquired.
