I've got no interest in other teams. But 100million for pogba? I mean he's good, but he is a bit over hyped. He's nowhere near the best player in the world, not even the best midfielder. He, in my opinion, isn't worth any more than 50mill, even in today's market.

To be fair seems the whole countries youth system and academies are failing not just ours. They just can't cut it at the moment. And that's not just the clubs fault. Do the fans have the patience for someone to break into the team now? We're crying out for Arsene to buy a cf and how mad would we be if he said I can't it'll hinder the progress of say akpom. I know this is just one way of looking at it from many scenarios but some of these comments got me thinking.

Agree steve. Not sure if he adds "game winning" to a team if you get me. I've never really seen him be the difference between two teams. Highly consistent with an all round ability and great age for someone so experienced though.

The 100m imo comes in because he is a global superstar imo. He's been touted as such since 19 and has been the focus of Juve since he moved there during the period of their resurgence. In every market stall around the world selling dodgy jerseys there's Ronaldo's Messi's and Neymar's name printed on the back. And pogba is alongside them. getting him in his prime years means prime image rights.

Also dags would I be right in saying they didn't sell him, he left and they were awarded compensation because he was under 23? That would make it all the sweeter. The million freebie!
