Hi all eds and fellow gooners. nice win tonight. palace away, allways tricky. just wanted to say saliba is class on grass. decent nights work clean sheet, 3 points. (Room for improvement) . & a massive shout out to our travelling fans. great support. didn't stop all night. ???? ⚽??. Peace and ❤ to all, enjoy the weekend.

Afternoon all eds and fellow gunners. hope alls well for each and everyone of you. i just wanted to say. i'm realy looking forward to friday nights game against the palace. A friend of mine tryed to get my 10yr old son and myself tickets. was unable to on this occasion. (Gutted) . but hey, life goes on. I am very pleased that even any of us that can't be there can still see it live on the t. v. i know palace away is no gimme. but i'm more confident going into this season than the last one. arteta is shaping the squad he wants. and it was allways going to take a bit of time. But hopefully once he gets rid of the last few players that should be gone and fingers crossed, gets a couple more through the door we could start to see our arsenal back where would all love to be, fighting for the top honours again. i know some gooners that get a bit peed off from time to time with trusting the process. but I've allways believed that trusting the process was going to take time and belief. we have a great young squad coming together. there will still be bumps on the road from time to time but these little bumps help us learn and help us grow. & the thing i like about arteta and the coaching set up is they seem clear and honest with what they want and how they expect to bring our great club back to being great again. they haven't got time for p. takers. (Ozil and auba are two examples) got mega contracts and neither of them were the same after and started playing up which creates bad harmony. and as evey one knows the motto of our great club is victory through harmony. anyway enough of me rambling on. i will enjoy taking my son for a nice bike ride on friday afternoon. back in time for him and myself to relax on the couch and watch the arsenal take on the palace. And fingers crossed we can get off to a great start. i'm going 3-2 arsenal. Coyg. peace and ❤ p. s just for fun would be interested in anyone else's score predictions.

I think we are all really exited to see what the team can produce on Friday Bergkamp mate, I really hope each and everyone of us are left totally buzzing and full of optimism after the game as that will mean not only will have won but looked really good while achieving the win.
As you say Palace are no mugs and if we are able to achieve what we all hope it's shouldn't be under estimated, I'm not making any predictions as I respect the size of the challenge to much for that but as said I really hope for a wonderful start to our season that has us all full of excitement all over the weekend.

Well said g62.& i totally respect the no score forecast. I sometimes wonder straight after doing a forecast, if its the right thing to do. don't want to jinx anything and all that. But it just got the better of me today, now my legs have gone all bruce grobbelar on me. Ha ha. take care be lucky buddy. and COYG.

Hi Bergkamp nothing wrong with predictions mate, I personally just try very hard not to do them in football or any other part of any life anymore.
I know longer dream of winning the lottery each and every Saturday night but equally I no longer have to check in my wardrobe and under my bed to make sure there isn't a mad axeman hiding before I dare go sleep each night ?????.

Evening all eds and fellow gunners, hope everyone is enjoying the nice weather and staying safe. just wanted to say i'm happy with the way our squad is shaping up. another couple of additions would be epic. After zinchenco who i think will be a great little signing for us. Also just wanted to say the women's euro's has been a breath of fresh air. i'm l❤ving it. the main thing that is a huge credit to women's football. is there is no screaming and shouting in the refs faces they just except the desicions of the ref and get up and get on with the game. And this allows the flow of consistency in the matches. mens pro football at all levels could definitely take a look at a no dissent towards officials, i personally feel it would make the mens game more consistent . anyway i'm realy looking forward to the new season. hope we get off to a flyer. Hi all eds and fellow gunners, just wanted to say. after the real bad start to the season we had.3 defeats and -9 goals. to still be in with the slimist of chances of finnishing top four with a new young squad on the last day of the season is not as bad as it seems. & i'm just looking on the flip side this is artetas 2nd full season.
we were all crying out for him to get rid off all the dossers and deadwood from the squad which he has been doing. he is assembling a bright young sqaud and things are heading in the right direction. yes there has been mistakes on the way. bumps in the road but this young manager and young squad are learning. there has been some inconsistency on the way. but with a new young team there was allways going to be. the thing I've noticed this season. there's been games when we have had shed loads of possession and shed loads of chances that we should be converting we really do need a couple of decent strikers to convert them.
another top class defensive midfielder and some real good cover at right and left back plus saliba back with us for next season. i genuinely think 4 signings plus saliba back. & we can push on next season. Gutted for pepe it just seems like he can't get going at the arsenal so maybe try shift him on and replace him. also just want to say i do believe kts and parteys injuries cost us top 4 they just happened at the wrong time. anyway fellow gooners just want to say i thourghly enjoy and respect each and everyones opinions on here even ravers ?. & all the great insight from you all and eds.

Could have been a very different season's end if we ended up picking up a top striker. I appreciate the job Nketiah did for us and am glad we didn't just spunk it on a panic buy but Laca's nosedive in form hit us at a bad time.

Just wanted to say. like i said weeks back there will be bumps in the road but i'm trusting the process. i like it, i like it, i like it, i like it, ere we goh oooh saka and emille smith rowe. well played the gunners stay on that road, bumps and all. the future is bright. and the road becomes smoother and the scenery more beautiful. afc for life. coyg . P. s let's take it to utd saturday and have a right go at them. Also come on brentford at the weekend i say this for 2 reasons 1 = my 83yr old dad is die-hard brentford and 2= they are playing against the chicken on a beachball.
