lacazette is a good player, i'm not sure he will turn our fortunes around, and if at his peak no one else is looking at him as a top 5 option, then i really don't see the rush to sign him.

if aulas wants him he can keep him, there is no one else bidding for him and i'm quite sure athletico will turn their attention to another player, so for him to drum up interest to raise his price when we have given him sufficient terms, i think we should back away and let him out poker himself.

The lyon president is a shady character. He is just trying to up the price of lacazette in my opinion. Wenger should give him take or leave deal. 65 million pounds for lacazette is too much in my opinion. He is an upgrade on giroud but he is 26 so that means there will be no resale value. No point in paying 65 million for him. The lyon president has a history of shady dealings and i doubt wenger likes him.

Seen a lot posts saying we are going to sell or should be planning to sell Wilshere. Surely if that's true, we'd be looking to release him rather than sell him this summer? The lad has a severe injury and is unlikely to pass a medical anywhere between now and the transfer window closing, or am I missing something?

I think he can easily pass a medical when fit mate, getting Jack fit isn't the problem it's keeping him fit that's the problem.
Bournemouth managed thus for most of last season by letting him stay out of the game completely for long periods during games, obviously not something most sides would be prepared to do admittedly.

I think if anybody is stupid enough to pay for him we should bite their hands off and take the money.
It's been a long time coming. We should have got shot of him years ago.
I'm also going to stick my neck out and say the same for Ramsey. One stand out season and a few important goals last season ( maybe 2 or 3 ) doesn't make him a keepsake. Apart from that he should have been cashed in on years ago too.

I personally think the shops letter sales are a far more reliable guide and better indicator of might happen at Arsenal than the whole mirror metro mail let's make pretend media who know the more they make up the more hits they get which makes them much much more money money money from the masses than reporting reality ever could.
Mmmmm there might well be something in this shop letter sale thing because there sure ain't nothing worth reading in the popular media thars for sure.

Monaco seem to have this nack of securing some really good players or should I say excellent players and they have done for a while. Why in your opinion would you say that is? .

Maybe then you could say there is too much pressure in the Premier League to out perform every season.
Maybe Arsenal need a bit of breathing space to gather themselves together and look at the next few seasons to come. Probably won't suit the fans I know but maybe in the long term it would be a good move.
I don't know really I'm probably like a lot of people. I'm a bit confused with everything at Arsenal over the last few years. We are up we're down we are going to do this and that, it's never ending and everything is like the year before.
