If it's true PSG don't want Sanchez and Neymar Alexis might be running out of options, No Bayern move No PSG move and we don't want to sell to city, so who else might give us 50 million for him?
Next summer he can virtually pick any club he wants, far from hold onto him I think we might be stuck with him :-)
I don't think there is any chance he will sign a new deal and it could soon become a buyer's market.

I suspect we would give you £50M for him but he doesn't sound like the kind of character we want.

Fees are now plain silly, £50M for Walker has to be the most ridiculous so far and if Gylfi goes for £50M then that will be right up there. Yes yes, you will throw Pogba and Lukaku at me but those guys are game changers, the amount of players being bought for £40M/ £50M is staggering.

Hey Stoner, I thought you had retired. Lukaku scores goals, and for teams not in the top 6, only Kane scored more last year, he's still young and will hopefully get better. I take the point on Pogba, we bough potential that has been sporadic but it i expect him to step up this year.

Utd will back Mourinho àll they possibly can as with Fergie Moyes LVG it's up to the manager to produce the goods, same at city Chelsea Liverpool who financially back their manager and expect results for their investment.
Moyes chose not to spend and was sacked his choice LVG spent a fortune and didn't produce a title challenge so was replaced and the same will happen to Jose Klopp Conte and Pep and none of them can complain if they don't deliver.

That is spooky because I've just given my 28 days notice to do exactly that. It's definitely a time will tell with both of them.

I'm still not 100% that Mourinho has got his mojo back so a huge season for him probably riding on the shoulders of those two.

They certainly have time on there side but I've not been truly convinced by either so far, you could say the same for Miki, I thought he was going to be awesome.

With these Neymar to PSG rumours heating up. My question is if PSG were to land Neymar would Sanchez still be a target for them or is it as wenger assumed one or the other? The more I hear wenger the more i feel that Sanchez will probably now see out his contract. Thanks in advance guys.

As for what Arsene says without being disrespectful at all it's not unfair to say he doesn't always say what he truly thinks and quite often paints a more positive picture than how things are in reality.

Challenging for the league might be a bit away yet Paul mate but there are other prizes available in the mean time mate.
My advice for what it's worth is try to accept all we want might not happen short term and enjoy what is within our realistic grasp right now, the europa league is a European trophy and how long since we won one of those? If it's good enough for Utd and Chelsea it shouldn't be beneath us that's for sure.
If a surprise title challenge came out of nowhere none of us would complaint that's for sure but take it from me getting worked up about it not happening is a mugs game, trust me I've been a prize mug for years and since Arsene got his new contract I've accepted things aren't highly likely to change for the foreseeable future so it was time for me to change instead, and I'm much happier for doing so mate.
Give it go a go mate it really is in your interest Geeza and like I said the title is just 1 of 4 prizes up for grabs and the other 3 are doable possibly even 2 of the 3 in one season:-)

I hadn't always been Paul mate :-) but I'm trying to learn from my mistakes of the past, I haven't enjoyed our 3 cup win in recent seasons because I've allowed myself to be to frustrated by our total lack of premier league competitiveness so I've lost out all ways round which in my book makes me pretty stupid to myself.
Arsene's new contract in some ways gave me personally a new outlook on my own personal choices, I could spend the next 2 seasons (atleast) complaining about what we aren't but could be or I can just accept it is what is and little ol me and going to change it no matter how much I point out Arsene's failings.
I'd be over the moon with 5th to 7th place and the Europa league title next season mate, anything more would be icing on the cake for me personally.
I've gone from virtually impossible to please to pretty low maintenance, well low for me that is :-)

I am a big fan of the Ox and would love to see him stay. There were definitely signs last year that he was starting to click, and he does take opposition defenders on, which is something we desperately need in the team. However, how can any player, and him in particular, ever demand regular football when he can only manage about 3 games before going lame? He needs a long run uninjured to prove to both himself, the team and the fans that he can do it. Perhaps he also needs to decide what position he believes he should play, and push for that, whether he stays or goes. At least then he will stop being treated as a back-up jack of all trades across various positions. I think the issue if he stays is that, no matter how well he did in the right wing-back role last season, that's Bellerin's position, and I just can't see Wenger dropping Bellerin to make the Ox the number 1 wing-back.
So that narrows the Ox's options on getting regular 1st team football with us. Personally i would be happy for him to play more regularly through the middle, either as a CM or AM. Again there would be issues here, as a CM of the Ox and Xhaka would not exactly dominate other teams, but i do believe he would be a great alternative to Ramsey in that position. The AM spot is firmly Ozil's, so he is not going to step in there, but with the formation change we can play two AM's behind the striker so if Sanchez leaves why not play the Ox alongside Ozil? I mean, we keep being linked with Mahrez, but would the Ox honestly do any worse in that role?

Belerin or Ox at RWB and Belerin is better but I'm not sure we currently have anyone better than Ox in Caz position.
