Yes, read a lot about that incident, strange rules. However, without the penalty decision, Everton should have won. They had 2-3 good chances to increase the score line.
I was also reading about how great City's mentality is to grab a draw from a losing position, but I wonder what the narrative would have been if it was us.
Everybody would have bashed us, saying we lost 2 points and bottled it. Nothing will be enough until we win the trophy. Let’s use this as the motivation and make history. COYG!

To be fair, at 3 1 down they did show some intent. Haaland ripped thru Everton for the second.
I also can't work out how the first Everton goal wasn't offside.
But, who cares - they only got 1 point. We just need to get it done & two tricky away games Vs West Ham & Palace, who have a decent record over against us.

Yet the first thing said in studio by Carragher is that Arsenal must be devastated. I'm delighted with Citeh dropping 2 points!
Anyone else had enough of everything being spun negatively against us? Even after the Fulham game, Neville and Carra said it was disappointing that we didn't score more goals.
Also, all the stats around who Gyokeres scores against - all these same pundits were saying we needed a cf who scored against the lesser teams, and now we do, it's a negative thing!
