Dirty Bernardo tried to do Ode yesterday.
Make that 116 charges.
28 Sep 2026 15:12:44
Absolutely no need for that. I've always thought he's a horrible, snide person.
28 Sep 2026 19:14:58
Many times he got away with multiple fouls including ( I think Tross) a blatant run and shoulder barge at head height a couple of seasons ago. I for one won't miss him. Rat COYG.

Ed 001
if man city are expelled from EPL would they have to apply to join the EFL?
{Ed001's Note - yes.

I have a feeling that the prem will bottle this and City a fine and maybe a transfer embargo for a couple of Windows. No points deductions no relegation. We will be in the same situations as other sports where competitors continually break the rules, get a paltry suspension, come back and do it again.
27 Sep 2026 09:06:04
I think 6 points deduction and few hundred millions fine in the Premier League.
However, other 'affected' clubs may sue them individually like Burnley vs Everton.
27 Sep 2026 10:04:36
Sean Dyche was saying this is massive, Their was a knock on effect with other clubs relegation, club income, players bonus.
Think the prem would be quite happy for other clubs to go after City rather than do the dirty work themselves.
Hope everything and everyone is good for you Highbury mate.
27 Sep 2026 16:00:53
All good Bill mate and hope the same with you, this unnecessary 3 weeks international break is killing me and to top it we always bottle against top teams.
The City case has all the makings of a messy and uncertain situation and football and us fans will pay the ultimate price whatever happens. Let's wait and watch.
27 Sep 2026 16:53:00
What charge were they not guilty of? 114 / 115
Huge point deduction
Removal of titles
Expelled from league
Sued by EPL Clubs
Erling Haaland Joins us.
27 Sep 2026 18:13:29
The charge they was found not guilty of was beeing a big club.
27 Sep 2026 19:07:44
lol - thanks for that chuckle.

All I keep reading is Aguero most iconic moment. Maybe in Premier League era, but, the 88/89 Michael Thomas moment for me, surpasses that. And that's not me being biased, it was just the most unbelievable scenario. We had to beat the juggernaut of Liverpool at their place by 2 goals, city had qpr.
26 Sep 2026 14:17:27
"Let's be clear: Manchester City have been found guilty of being the biggest cheats in English football history, and the punishment must fit their crimes. At very minimum, they must be relegated from Premier League and stripped of all fraudulently 'won' titles."
Then compensation to many clubs.
RIP City - nothing before the money and a shadow of what you were once found out.

Ornstein - City guilty on all charges!
25 Sep 2026 15:53:40
Now we wait another 10 years while they appeal Sally.
25 Sep 2026 16:49:32
Spot on sadly Bill. Money talks 😔.
25 Sep 2026 16:31:44
Exactly, it took this long to reach a verdict, who knows how long to dish out the punishment?
Still early developments but does any if the Eds know what could this mean to City and rest of the league?
{Ed001's Note - no mate, sorry.
25 Sep 2026 19:21:54
I think it will be a few points deduction and large financial penalty. City are too big to relegate them to third or lower tier.
I can finally see why we have a three week break from club football immediately after a long international tournament, people need time to absorb the shock 😂.
25 Sep 2026 21:03:22
What would it to pacify those angered by City's rule breaking and also pacify City so as not to prevoke them into reigniting the whole European Super League debate as a means of survival of their current standing in the game.
Demotion to the championship at the end of this season might be enough to satisfy the majority of those wanting revenge on City and 1 year out might of the Premier League might be a pill City would be prepared to swallow without looking for revenge themselves.
Every action gets a reaction so its important to consider what the consequences might be of any action is taken. Extremely wealthy people are usually open to doing a deal but they don't usually take losing prestige and money very well at all.
26 Sep 2026 08:16:56
Weren't they found guilty by UEFA previously, but got off because of a time restraint?
{Ed001's Note - yes, their offences were time-barred under UEFA rules. They were not innocent of any of the UEFA charges.}
26 Sep 2026 11:34:00
Thanks Ed1, reading into it I think the owners have to go, same as Abramovich. God I really hate the people who are. prepared to sell their souls for glory and money grrrrrrrrrrr.
26 Sep 2026 13:40:03
Tis but the way of the world right now Sally, Fifa are a prime example of this.
Money brings power and where there is a huge amount of money there will always be a huge amount of corruption, few of us actually like it being this way but equally few of us want the entire house of card's to collapse, and I personally believe it would collapse if all skeletons in all cupboards were revealed.
Calm realistic heads are needed and if we want the benefits huge money brings to the game to continue then we are going to have to have to find a way to live with the inevitable corruption that will come with that money.

If you have financial fair play rules & a club blatantly lies, hides and abuses these rules at the detriment to others to the extent $hitty did then they should have to give back titles, pay clubs compensation and be banished from epl. Sent down many leagues to be crushed & never returned. They are scum & stole so many of our players, inflated prices and were on financial steroids.
They didn't just over spend - they created false revenues, paid players from different companies and lived a lie. I hope they. Lose the club down.
I think of the team we had and they dismantled - what Wenger had to put up with City & Chelsea were scum of EPL. Zero history or trophies before the ill-gotten gains & no class since.
They single handedly made it almost impossible for Arsenal to compete.
