Hello everyone hope you and your families are safe and well.
What are we thinking today.
I been thinking about this game and nothing else since Wolves game, and imo I think we will win ugly, but if it's a Desmond it would it would not be a disaster, leaving City to win game in hand, but mentally a draw or dare I say it a lost would damage us mentally.


What are your thoughts Gooners.

Hi Bill, mate, I think 11 wins in the next 11 games is what we need. It is stressful being an Arsenal fan, but I am still hopeful I can wear my new Arsenal shirt to the parade. And just because Pep has asked his players to celebrate with cocktails, I want us to win the Premier League more than anything else this season.

For me there are two teams that I hate to lose any points against: that's Man United and Bird Rubbish Tottenham. Even when we were down in the dumps a few seasons ago, these two teams I could not stand to lose points against. The team needs to win today. If we win, and do it in style, then I think that will be a positive turning point for the team, and I can see us putting the pressure back on City. The Wolves game showed us there are no easy wins. We need to stick together, not just the team but the fans.

The team has a number of times this season mentioned that the vibe from the fans in the stadium has a direct effect on performance. So everyone needs to get behind the team. Sally, I think if he has said that players who can't handle the noise should leave the club, it is the right thing, although it shouldn't have made the papers, so we need to fix the leak Nothing but 3 points will do, and it's not impossible for Eze to score a hat-trick again.

Saka is quality - issue is the manager lack of quality in out attack and how predictable we are. Poor Saka has to attack and defend while everyone knows we will pass to him. So he has 2 or 3 players on him with limited options.

The boss really has done a poor job up front - quality defence and quality midfield but he's turned both Eze and Ode into play sideways or backwards first type of players plus playing very deep.

How many of these beat - Pires, Overmars, Henry, Freddie or DB10. Back when we played.

Martinelli - nope, he's like Tony Dailey or whatever that fast Vila player was like. Fast but .
Ode - 😂
Eze - shadow of the player he was
Jesus, Kai and Vik are an embarrassment of £150m and over 650k per week in wages

He's really assembled an very expensive ineffective attack that he gets the least out of due to his style of play and lack of courage

Has he improved any of our forwards? If not - get someone to help you

Let's not pick on Saka because if we play at a snails pace his job is very hard, if 3 are on him then who is free and why can't Ode shift the ball .

Bit harsh on Kai, he's barely had a kick of late. I don't like Jesus' mentality. I forget the game, maybe Sunderland, but we scored, and he ran around shouting 'we've won' at everyone, and, of course, we then conceded a late equaliser and did not, in fact, win.

Viktor seems mentally crushed by the reality that he's half a yard off everything in this league. Eze is struggling to adapt to Arteta ball, but I think he'll be decent when he does, or if we change things.

Kai has his place in the squad, but when we are talking about the quality of players I listed that made us special, where does Kai fit into game-changing moments and taking chances in tight games? Flipping a game on its head by himself? These individuals had that in spades, and we miss it.

Saka is the closest to it. Everything is on the shoulders of a 24-year-old. That boy might not be world class, but he's bloody special. Rice is right up there. Where in our attack has the boss signed an attacker of that standing? It's on him 100% with style, tactics, signings, and a lack of bottle.
