On another note, not just Bruno, but just wish players would stop messing around with penalty run ups. Why wait for goalkeeper to move, it makes you (as the taker) take last second decision. Can't understand why they don't pick a spot in their mind, head down, and stick to it. Maybe just me πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ.

Bad day at office yesterday and another event to dent the confidence with all wingers out injured. It will impact us without doubt and Liverpool at Anfield is not the game we can afford now. How we play on Sunday and the outcome of that game will be pivotal to our progress this season.

May be Calafiori/Hincapie and Timber can cover the wings and Tzolis shouldn't be long way off to return and hope that Madueke is not a serious set back.

Fuming,

I went last night, first time in a long time, took 1/2days holiday, best part of Β£200 spent, home at 02:30 and now at work and they put in a performance like that.

Shambolic
Embarrassing
Second Rate

And we say we have the strongest squad in the PL.

They should be in training this morning it's ok saying it's a temporary embarrassment John but it's in the books, just like the result at Wrexham.

Look where Fleetwood are in the Football league ( Bottom Half ) of Div 2.

There is no magic here John, just sloppy finishing, you could see within 10 minutes we thought we were going to stroll this, and don't start me on the tackle that was trying to stop the shot for the goal.

For us its a temporary embarrassment that we will recover from, for Fleetwood its the greatest night in the clubs history and something their fans will talk about for years to come.

That's surely the magic of the cup that English football is famous for.

Morning g62, hope all's well I agree magic of the cup end of the road in this competition for us but not the end of the world. had a feeling we was going to lose penalty shootout as their keeper had a decent game.

and was bound to save at least one. which happened we just have to say well done Fleetwood and good luck going forward πŸ‘πŸ» and as the saying goes you can't win them all . ✌🏻&🫢🏻.

Now Madueke is injured too! Think I might have something urgently to do on Sunday lol

Arteta's reaction to Max's red was very concerning, although apparently he was warned to control his emotions before the match, knowing how physical the game could become. Apparently he got a red in an U21 match recently too. I don't know how I would have reacted as a 16 year old to that dearh stare.

Guess we know what the boss thinks about Gyokeres .

Vik, Kai & Noni aren't good enough & that's on the boss / then you have no mojo Eze also all expensive signings on a lot of money under his watch. He needs help on the attack side of football - on & off the pitch just like Wenger needed the right support.

Hi Gabi mate, it wouldn't be much of a competition if fans of the little clubs dreams never came true and the big clubs always won every single time.

Its a disappointment for us but hardly a disaster that puts our clubs future in peril, we just like everyone else sometimes have to roll with the punches mate πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘.

And I wouldn't mind betting that he's kind of embarrassed about it being in the spotlight what he's done as he probably doesn't want any recognition. He's just doing what he feels is the right thing to do in the privileged position he finds himself in through his talent and dedication.

Absolutely Ramsgate mate, there are some very good and very kind people in the world who do so much for others without seeking anything for themselves in return.

Unfortunately its all the cruel and unkind people and events that get all the headlines.

So, regarding Saka. I was curious myself as he doesn't seem to tell the world what he does for a star above his head
He funded 120 life changing operations for kids in Nigeria.
He helped provide emergency housing & shelter for families affected by earthquake in Turkey.
He provided health checks for 580+ children in Rwanda and donated a thousand school uniforms to 4 schools in Ealing to parents that were suffering with cost of living.

He's always come across as decent and humble individual when interviewed, and, by so many team mates, whether Arsenal or England. And this just goes to show He's a very decent young man.

So proud 😊 the very best of humanity πŸ’™

And rivalry aside, I am happy for Harry Kane, well deserved.

I've taken it DG as putting football into perspective. He won a worldwide humanitarian award (Socrates Award) for lots of work he does behind the scenes in London and Africa. Sort of stuff includes funding a sight giving project etc.

What I like is he doesn't blab it all over social media apparently but i wouldn't know as not on it. Whether he's in form or rubbish or in between he's a decent human being COYG All good here and trust the same with you DG.

Absolutely Sally regarding Harry Kane, well deserved - another player seemingly fairly normal. Read a news report the other day we let him go from our academy as he was deemed overweight. Well done Harry he's one of our own after all COYG.

What a legend! Pity all footballers didn't do the same, personally I think they are on to much money, but not to blag shows what type of person he is, some would do it just for likes and publicity well done saka.

Starboy and top class human being ❀️.

I totaly agree Cambridgeshire, football is a wonderful hobby but there far more important things in life to care about and hope to see changed for the better than the issues with Var and the offside rules.

If someone happens to find themselves earning huge sums of money i cannot think of a better way of using it than helping out those people who in the world who truly need the help of others ❀️❀️❀️.

Hello Gooners, hope all is well.
I am rooting for Kane to receive the Ballon d'or because over the last year and a bit his goal scoring has been ridiculous for both club and country.

I will be disgusted if anybody else wins it this year, nobody is close to him in football terms, if they inly see popularity then it is a different conversation!
