A lovely weekend for us. I have been looking at the size of our squad lately and it struck me that the Eze signing could be considered insurance against Odegaard never getting back to his best. He has struggled this past couple of seasons to impose himself and if he couldn't get back into form, Eze was there to potentially be the new starting 8/10. MO has risen to the challenge, with some beautiful assists/goals, and I think this is why Eze isn't playing.

Given Nwaneri can't even make the bench these days, I think a new signing would be a mistake. We have the quality we need to win the league this season, let's not disrupt what is a brilliant squad. COYG.

Memories not what it used to be but that's the classic arsenal line from a few years ago.

To add to the Gykores discussions, just seen a pic showing he drew 5 defenders which opened up the space for Dec to score.
Once teams work out how effective this is for us I reckon they will change their tactics and then boom 💥 let's see what he is made of!

I always wanted Xhaka to succeed, no rhyme or reason when he was getting pelters and he came good, I have that feeling about Viktor. He may well turn out to be a lemon ( I disagree with you) but he`s our lemon and I`ve just read that Declan rates him - good enough for me.

He said he scored his first goal yesterday because of Viktor. At least he`s not a plum like Sesko COYG.

Yes he's not a regular goal scorer, but he run his socks off all game, nor he's lazy imo. And its not like he keep wasting chance after another. Defenders playing very tight with him and he's allowing other a lot of space. Its he's first season with us and what he did to play for us shouls mean a lot to us fans, but no let's just right him off and pash him whenever there's a chance. Imo he's more then just good and he just didn't have thr chance to have his moment just yet.

Love the guy and as long he has the arsenal jersey I wish he come good and shut all the critics.
Saka and ode are selfesh towards him.
Against villa why ode decided to pass to hencapie instead of him is still bugging me and many more like that. So go on lads keep up the good work and make him look shyte, because that's how we treat on of our boys.

{Ed025's Note - i dont think anyone wants him to be bad Moe its just that they were expecting him to be better mate, he came with a hefty price tag and we were all expecting the finished article but at times he looks as green as grass, im sure if he was doing better he would be getting all the plaudits....but the fact is hes not, it is not a witch hunt..

Not the best performance and need to bring more to LFC game. Boss needs to sort the energy and forward play out, figure Viktor out and keep the pressure on.

Hi sy4 hope alls good mate. agree with you buddy. the good thing is a lot of teams we dropped points against last season, we have played them same fixtures this season and won them. we’re ticking along nicely. big effort required to beat Liverpool (who will be right up for throwing a spanner in the works) .

then it’s Portsmouth away in the cup, my brother in law down in Portsmouth has got 2 tickets 1 for him and 1 for me so I’m off to Fratton park. I’m in with the Pompey fans. got to be on my best behaviour or they’ll fricking lynch me. should be fun. 🤪.

Evening Ed025 hope all’s well. I said the same thing relating to strength on the bench just before the match to my youngest son. It’s a nice feeling to have when you look at the bench and think…wow that’s strong. plus deco starting the guy is a machine.
